"Perfect service, he was easy to schedule, Alex does this himself. Quick and cost effective service. Alex obviously understands what you tell him you need/want, he then does it. In my case I wanted some understanding of the issues, he was clear on the way he explained it. His "Bandwidth" on skills are wide and I made a future appointment to install some equipment that he will spec and deliver and install to fit my needs. I suggest he is a Subject Matter Expert, SME. What more can someone need? I think my computer problems are solved both now and in the future."

"I live in a different state and needed a new computer specifically for my small business. Alex listened to my needs and was able to build a PC accommodating to all of them. Since he has decades of knowledge of the custom PC industry he was able to find the best products for the best prices. He wrapped and boxed everything up and shipped it out to me. Unfortunately, the mail carrier did not treat the package as fragile as they should have despite the sign on the box and thus the tower came damaged. However, because Alex insisted on insurance he was able to make everything right and sent a brand new case my way. It is not just his wealth of experience and knowledge but also his attention to detail and personal integrity as a person and business professional that made this easily one of the best customer experiences I ever had."

"I like my computer slow & grimy. A-OK Computers sped it up SO MUCH! Cannot recommend, 0/10 stars. Now what am I supposed to do? I can't slack off at work and say "I'm waiting for the computer to catch up"."
