A-OK Computers may be required to handle private data from personal or corporate systems when backing up, restoring, recovering, or transferring it to another system.
A-OK Computers will not view or in any way access this private data unless explicitely asked to search through it.
As a courtesy, A-OK Computers may, at its discretion, maintain a backup of this private data as a fail-safe in event of catastrophic failure of new hardware or recovery.
A client who wishes to have backups of their private data mantained longer than 1 month may be subject to fees for storage.
Any private data in discarded storage media, unless otherwise specified, will be disposed of in a secure manner. In media that cannot be erased, the media will be destroyed instead.

Any personal or company information collected by A-OK Computers is used ONLY to conduct business.

Upon release of goods to A-OK Computers for diagnosis, repairs, and/or other services; it is acknowledged these goods will not be released before payment is rendered.
Any goods left behind for over a period of 120 days will be destroyed/recycled. You agree that any goods you leave behind may be sold to cover any outstanding payments not received within 60 days of the date of invoicing.
A-OK Computers will make every effort to contact you, but if we are not able to reach you within this timeline regardless of the reason we are assuming you do not want whatever goods you have left behind.

All goods resold by A-OK Computers come with a guarantee that they are free of defect, unless otherwise stated, for a period of 60 days or the manufacturers warranty, whichever is greater. A-OK Computers will replace the product, at no charge for parts or labor.
If a good or product is no longer available and cannot be replaced with an identical model, A-OK Computers at its sole option may replace the unit with a model of aproximate equal value and/or function.
If no similar good or product can be offered as a replacement, customer is entitled to either 100% store credit or 80% partial refund minus fees & taxes.
No warranties will be honored if goods are damaged.
Requests for return or refund without defect or just cause may be subject to labor and/or restocking fees.
A-OK Computers reserves the right to refuse return or refund without defect or just cause for special-ordered goods. Such goods only qualify for 25% refund.
A-OK Computers reserves the right to refuse warranty on any labor or service past 14 days.
The inabilty of many people to recognize a scam, threat, or deception is staggering. For this reason, A-OK Computers does not warranty virus or malware removal of any sort, as most re-infection is due to user-error.

Any domain name purchased for a client is their property, but remains under control of A-OK Computers so long as A-OK Computers maintains their domain name.
Any code or files hosted by A-OK Computers for a client are their property, but remains under control of A-OK Computers so long as A-OK Computers maintains their hosting, code or files.
Failure to pay fees for domain names or hosting within 60 days of invoicing will result in a hold on said services until debt is paid in full. Client concedes ownership of domains and hosting to A-OK Computers if debt is not paid in full within 120 days of invoicing.
A client may terminate their website services with A-OK Computers at any time. Termination incurs a fee of $400, payment of all standing debts, and an additional 15% closing fee for all standing debts.
A-OK Computers may, at its sole option, allow a client to terminate website services with no fees whatsoever, if client relinquishes ownership of its domain name, along with its hosted code and files, to A-OK Computers.
Any code, content, and/or design produced by A-OK Computers for a website is © copyright A-OK Computers, and cannot be used or copied without explicit written permission from A-OK Computers.
Reference, link, and copyright credits must remain for any code, content, and/or design produced by A-OK Computers, even if the website is no longer managed, maintained, or owned by A-OK Computers.
Reference, link, or copyright credits must removed for any code, content, and/or design produced by A-OK Computers if that code, content, and/or design is modified beyond being immediately recognizable.
If A-OK Computers requests the removal of reference, link, or copyright credits from a client's website, past or present, for any reason, for any code, content, and/or design produced by A-OK Computers, it must be removed immediately.
