Price is directly determined by the amount of media being digitized. This price does NOT indlude cleaning or improving the quality of the recorded media, or new media used for transfer.
Travel-fees vary, and are directly related to the distance & scale of the job.
A small fluke that is resolved in a few minutes may not qualify for labor, but will still receive a $176 invoice if the drive-time is far enough.
Likewise, a job accruing several thousand dollars may qualify for no travel fees.
Contract clients get a discount based on bulk hours pre-purchased, up to 50%
All contract fees are paid in advance, at the start of the month. They cover a number of devices, and a number of hours, determined by the contract itself.
Contracts make you a priority-client; if there's a scheduling conflict, you are prioritized above other non-contract clients.
Unused time on the contract is added towards regular scheduled maintenance at the end of the month.
